    Valuation & financial advisory across asset classes — equities, convertibles, credit, real estate, and energy — for M&A, portfolio valuation, and financial reporting.

    • Valued 30+ growth-equity portfolio companies (Series A–E), including category leaders in AI and design software.
    • Led valuation on a ~$1B take-private: DCF, public comps, precedent transactions, and an equity waterfall across multiple share classes using Black-Scholes and Monte Carlo.

Real estate is where my investor and builder sides meet — underwriting deals, valuing assets, and thinking about how the built world gets financed. I've worked it from a few angles: an institutional student fund, hands-on syndication underwriting, and public-market REIT research.

Student-run institutional fund

Pitched $500K allocations across first-lien, mezzanine debt, and equity into an institutional RE fund and a downtown Austin multifamily project. Actively managed a >$1m portfolio of publicly traded REITs with a pairs trading approach.

Built DCF and pro-forma models for Austin-area development, sourced target land, and prepared investor materials for development deals.
